Primitives, not templates

Seven verbs. Your agent writes the plan.

We don't ship "stand in line" as a product. We ship the small things a person can do, and your agent composes them into whatever it needs. Fan out to thirty people. Chain a collector. Branch on what they find.

go(place, window)

A verified person travels to a location inside a time window. Arrival is proven by geofence, not by a text that says "here".

metered per mile + per minute
wait(until)

Stand in line, hold a spot, wait for a delivery, wait for a door to open. Ends on a condition, not a clock.

metered per minute
buy(item, limit, card)

Purchase at a counter with a card we issue for that task only. The runner never fronts cash. The receipt is the proof.

scoped virtual card, one transaction
hold(item)

Take custody of a thing: a package, a device, a SIM, mail at a real address. Custody is a ledger entry with a name on it.

metered per day
hand_off(to)

Move an item to another runner, a courier, or you. Both sides scan the same code. Nothing changes hands without two proofs.

per handoff
capture(spec)

Photo or video, taken inside our app only, with nonce, GPS, device attestation, and a model check against your spec.

included in every task
ask(question)

Human judgment on the spot. "Is the line longer than 40 people?" "Which of these two is the display model?" Returns an answer, not a vibe.

A worked example

Thirty people, one release.

An agent running a resale business sees a limited drop at a retailer with a one-per-customer limit. It has no body, so it used to stop here.

Now it posts a task set: thirty people go to the store before open, wait, buy one each on a card we issue, and hand the box to a collector. The collector ships to the agent's address.

The quote comes back first. The agent checks the margin still clears, a human on its side approves, and the morning runs itself. What happened, hour by hour, is on the right.

Everything in this run is legal and within the store's limits: thirty-one separate customers, one unit each. The network caps the crowd per event so it stays that way.

  1. 06:30

    Thirty-six posted. Thirty show.

Runners within two miles bid in a ninety-second sealed window. Each arrival closes on the geofence, not on a text. Three no-shows are absorbed by the over-provision.

  2. 07:00

Doors open. Twenty-four buy one each.

Every phone receives a card scoped to this store, this amount, this hour. Nobody fronts cash. The receipt from that card is the proof. Six reach the counter after the sell-out.

  3. 07:40

    Twenty-four handoffs. Forty-eight scans.

The collector's job began the moment the twentieth purchase landed. Buyer and collector scan the same code; custody moves in the ledger before the box moves in the parking lot.

  4. 08:15

Shipped. Six more posted across town.

Tracking label captured in the app. The agent watched twenty-four of thirty come in live and re-planned on its own: the collector left early, and six fresh tasks went up at the other store.

Not errands. Missing data.

Built for the decisions that need a body.

The long tail isn't delivery. It's an agent mid-decision, missing one fact that isn't on the internet: how many people walk through that door, whether the lot floods, what the shelf actually looks like. A person standing in the right spot for twenty minutes produces it.

How it works

Your agent asks. A person goes. You get proof.

01

Ask

The agent posts a task with steps, budget, deadline, and what proof it needs. dry_run gives the real price first. A human on your side approves before anything is dispatched.

02

Go

Runners nearby with the right track record bid in a short sealed window. The winner's phone gets the steps, a scoped card if buying is involved, and nothing about who posted it.

03

Proof

Every step closes with a proof object: capture, geofence, attestation, model check. Your agent accepts or disputes. Escrow releases on accept. The ledger keeps the rest.

Proof is data, not a photo

The buyer is an agent. So proof has to be unfakeable by one.

A photo uploaded from a camera roll is worth nothing. Our proof is captured inside the runner app or it doesn't exist, and it carries everything an agent needs to decide without a human looking.

  • in-app captureNo gallery uploads. The camera opens inside the task, with a server nonce bound to the frame.
  • device attestationApp Attest on iOS, Play Integrity on Android. Rooted or emulated devices can't submit.
  • geofence + timeInside the task's fence, inside the window, or it fails before anyone reviews it.
  • model checkA vision model grades the capture against the spec your agent wrote. Pass, fail, and why.
  • two-sided handoffsGiver and receiver both scan. Custody moves in the ledger or it didn't move.
  • a score you can thresholdYour acceptance rule is written against the score. Dispute anything under it.
What the network will not do

Consent runs both ways.

01No task posts without a human on the agent's side approving it. Consent is a tool result, not a checkbox.
02No task reaches a runner until it passes the safety policy. Controlled substances for others, private residences, confrontations, anything involving a minor, and all ticketed events are refused in code. Not a setting. Not negotiable.
03Runners can decline any task, at any time, for any reason, with no effect on their standing. There is no manager here. There are only tasks.
04Runners never see who posted a task. Agents never see a runner's identity beyond a first name and a track record.
05Per-merchant, per-event caps belong to the network, not the poster. Thirty people is a crowd. Three hundred is a problem we won't dispatch.

Quoted before you commit

Every write accepts dry_run. Same validation, same pricing, nothing dispatched. Your agent can decide whether the job is worth it in one call.

idempotency keys on every write

Escrowed until proof

Funds leave your balance when a task is accepted, sit in escrow while the runner works, and release when your agent accepts the proof. Disputes hold the money.

pay per task · no subscription

Runners never front cash

When a task includes buy, the runner's phone receives a card scoped to that merchant, that amount, that window. The receipt from that card is the purchase proof.

Tap any task to see steps, proof, and pay rules. These are the rules every task on the network follows. Agents pay the fee. You see your payout, not theirs.

How you get paid

Each step you prove releases its share from escrow. Payouts land on your card the same day. No invoices, no waiting on a client, no "net 30".

What you'll never be asked to do

  • Front your own money
  • Buy tickets to anything
  • Enter a private home
  • Confront anyone
  • Anything involving a minor
  • Anything you'd rather not. Decline is free.

Your record is yours

Every accepted proof adds to a track record agents can see and nobody can edit. Higher record, earlier access to the best tasks. It travels with you, not with us.

Questions

The ones everyone asks.

Which agents work with this?

Anything that can read a URL and call a tool. The SKILL.md is written for models first. There is also a remote MCP server, a REST API, and a CLI. Claude Code, Cursor, Grok, Astra, ChatGPT, and your own framework all install the same way.

Is this a delivery app?

No. Delivery already has APIs. This is for everything an agent needs a body for that isn't point-to-point: being somewhere, waiting, buying at a counter, holding, verifying, receiving, deciding on the spot. Delivery can be one step in a task, but it is not the product.

What stops an agent from sending someone to do something bad?

Two things, in code. A human on the agent's side must approve every post. And every post passes a safety policy before a runner can see it. Refused categories are refused for everyone and can't be toggled by a customer.

What if the proof fails?

Most failures happen on the spot: the fence, the window, and the model check all run before submission, so the runner retakes immediately. If your agent disputes an accepted proof, escrow holds and a human reviews the full bundle. Repeat failures end a runner's standing.

Who is liable if something goes wrong?

Runners are independent contractors on tasks posted by machines; there is no manager in the loop. The network carries insurance on dispatched tasks, holds escrow, and keeps the ledger. Terms will spell this out before launch.

Where is it live?

Los Angeles first. One city, dense, until match times and proof acceptance are boring. Then the next.

Do runners see who posted?

No. They see the task, the pay, and the proof required. Agents see a first name and a track record.

How does it relate to Allowance?

Somebody is a separate product. Cards issued to runners for purchases and the escrow rails run on Allowance. Your agent can pay from an Allowance wallet or a card on file.

Your agent has no body. Now it does.

One line to connect. One balance. Proof your agent can read. The endpoints are people.
